Shipping Policy

DELIVERY


Accutherm hold stock in Christchurch and have a standard delivery time of 1 – 3 business days.

Items are sent with NZ Couriers and a tracking link is emailed to customers on Courier pickup.

The standard freight cost for most items within New Zealand is $10.00+GST

There may be a higher freight cost for large items, packages containing multiple items or rural deliveries.


RETURN POLICY


Warranty

Accutherm products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a failure within the warranty period. The terms of the warranty are subject to proper usage and compliance with operating procedures. Each item of equipment is of merchantable quality and reasonably fit for the purpose in which it was designed. 

If the failure has been caused by misuse, neglect, accident or abnormal conditions of operation or use contrary to manufacturer’s recommendations, the warranty shall not apply. Accutherm equipment’s liability is limited to the above. Under no circumstances shall Accutherm equipment be responsible for any so called “consequential losses” .


Change of mind

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have purchased the incorrect item, we offer a 7-day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and we will need to be notified within 7 days of purchase / delivery.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item, you will be offered a refund for the cost of the equipment. 

Delivery fees and IANZ endorsed calibration costs are not refundable.
